Catch The Beauty Of This Place in 1 Day
El Salto del Limón is a 40 meters high waterfall located in the inlands of Las Terrenas. A 30 minute hike, or slightly shorter horse ride, to arrive here. The waterfall flows into a beautiful natural pool where you can refresh. The green moss that covers the walls of the rock, mixed with the flowing water, forms a translucent veil. Once in the water, you can feel the strong winds created by the pressure of the falling water. Nature is impressive, El Limon waterfall will remind you.

Watch the Whales
Attracted by the calm and warm waters of the Samana Bay, the humpback whale population explodes every winter. You can meet this gentle giants at a unique experience that will last forever. The whale chasing excursions consist of a half day boat trip. Get your camera ready for awesome shots of this beautiful creatures.
Visit Los Haitises
This dense coastal wet forest was designated a national protected park in 1976, The name “Los haitises” refers to high land which is one of the characteristics of the park. Holdiing the largest amount of endemic species of birds and other animals. It’s a complete different side of the Dominican Republic that people often miss.
La Ruta del Café
"La Ruta del Café” excursion consists of driving a buggy or ATV to the interior of the Samaná province where you will have the opportunity of witnessing beautiful scenery with coffee plantations and small local homes. This activity is both an exiting off road driving experience as well as a great way to see the landscape and get to know a bit more of the local’s way of life.
Horseback Riding

Snorkle / Dive
Beautiful and clear blue waters is one of the characteristics of Las Terrenas. It makes for perfect snorkeling and scuba. The beachfront runs about one and half miles along the coastal center of town. Paddle Board
Enjoy the sun and salty water while having a closer look at the beauty of the sea, while challenging your equilibrium. A paddle board should not cost more than USD $20 to rent and the experience will be too much fun.
